Yes, the hats are part of the same piece of mahogany--ebonized, then partly painted. The P-100s are stacked humbuckers and they're mighty fine. (Completed in '95)
Bolt-on 25 1/2 inch scale maple neck with maple fingerboard. Two Gibson P-100 pickups. Master tone & volume control. Chrome finish hardware and Gotoh tuneers. Fully shielded.
